Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email skyandcotaylor@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
